Halloween Fun!

The only picture where I'm not behind the camera...in my bathroom trying to get Jaxon ready.

("Too Infinity and BEYOND!")

We finally found a "Woody" when we were finished eating dinner, we seen NONE when trick-or-treating. (I think Jaxon's face is so funny in this picture. )

Fun to Have Hobbies!

I have been trying to be a little more creative with my shots I take, and stop limiting myself to the family shots I'm used to. Below are a few of the pictures that I've taken over the last week, some were of the "walkabout" fieldtrip with my photography class.

Fall is Here!

I think it is safe to say that Fall is my FAVORITE season! This time of year gets me so giddy. The weather is absolutely perrrrrfect; baseball post season is on (go Braves!); there's football every weekend; Halloween, Thanksgiving...need I go on?!
In our house we typically get in the autumn 'mood' with the football season kick-off. The Bulldogs (who are s.t.r.u.g.g.l.i.n.g right now) are first, and then of course the Falcons, then you throw in our Halloween decorations, cool weather, fall candle scents - and... *BOOM* things are perfectly "homey-fall'ly" (not really a word, but go w/it).  Loving it! I hope to get some family fall pictures very soon when I can get clothes, hair & weather to all cooperate and will certainly share.

So enough about the weather.

I guess I'm a bad blogger.  I don't blog like I'd like too, or like I was supposed to. When I started this I mainly wanted to use this blog to help me keep up with the things our family was doing in our lives.  Hoping that this 'Journal' would be something that I could look back at an say "ooooh I remember that day" or "I ALMOST forgot about that" and think on my feelings and moods as time has gone by.  Nonetheless, I haven't kept up with it like I wanted to.  I'm going to try to blog more often, take & load more pictures and reflect on our days as often as possible.  Wish me luck, and creative thoughts :)
